The 90-minute butler-guided tour will take guests on an exclusive journey of discovery, to hear the untold stories of Dubai’s world-famous hotel and uncover what makes the international icon of the UAE a landmark of architectural innovation. The tour includes a visit to the famous hotel atrium and glamourous Royal Suite as well as a curated Experience Suite with digital interactives allowing guests to relive history with original architectural designs showcasing where it all started. Starting off at the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel, guests will be driven by buggy to a photo op vantage point midway over the bridge that connects the hotel to the mainland.

Doors open at 9:30 @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.
Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.
Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and in the first floor.
Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeira Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required.
The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
